I was super happy at the mirror today.  Getting closer every day - Love it!

10am: Broke fast early today due to meeting a friend with Robyn for breakfast (and I didn't eat yesterday - so I was starving!) with a huge meaty omelet at Pamala's Diner and about a gallon of coffee.

4pm: Stopped at McDonalds on the way home and had my post workout treat of a snack size mcflurry with m&m's.  Man.  That is some seriously good stuff.  Also, I had 6 grilled chicken patties in a bowl with a fork.

I'm leaving after tonight's gig for Chicago, and don't know what I'm going to eat tonight.  I'll keep it around 3200.  I'll update this after I get home Saturday or Sunday.  I plan to lift again on Sunday before the tour continues to Albany, NY.  That's a lot of time sitting in the car - fun times.
