The Plan

Starting tomorrow - September 1st, 2011, I'm going to log everything here for 60 days.  I'll take a progress picture each day and log my workouts and my nutrition will be spot on.

Nutrition:

Lifting days: 3200 calories
Cardio/Rest days: 1800 calories

No carbs except post workout basically.  Except for trace carbs in meat and shakes, it should be 30g or so on rest days, but with a 130g carb post workout meal on workout days, more like 150g.

Workouts:

StrongLifts based with some extra stuff.

Squat 5x5
Bench 5x5
Row 5x5
Incline Dumbbell Bench 3x8-10
Chin-Up 3x8-10
Push-Up 3xMAX
Lat Pull-Down 3x12-15

StrongLifts B:
Front Squat 5x5
Shoulder Press 5x5
Deads 1x5
Leg Extensions 3x8-10
Leg Curls 3x8-10
Barbell Front Raise 3x12-15
Abs

60 Days from Flab to Fab

After recovering from being sick and unmotivated for a week or so, I realized that I have 60 days from Sept. 1st to Halloween.  I'm going to push like crazy and get as fit as possible in the next 60 days.  This will be a countdown and accountability of my journey.
