Day 7

Workout: Insanity: Max Cardio Conditioning, Insanity: Cardio Abs
Nutrition: 1800
Weight: 185.0

Cardio day!  BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!  Juan dropped over and we knocked out one of the hardest workouts I know.  I don't plan on doing much "cardio" outside of walking on this plan, but about once a week, I'll do it to improve my conditioning and drop maybe a bit of fat.

Nutrition is everything.
