Day 6

Workout: StrongLifts A
Nutrition: 3100
Weight: 184.6

I did my workout at home today and hit some personal bests.

Squat: 5x5x255
Bench: 5x5x165
Row: 5x5x185

All my best reps thus far.  Eating a ton does indeed help.  Also, I started using JeFit app to track my rest time.  Set at 3 minutes which is nearly infinite compared to what I'm used to!
