Day 3

Workout: StrongLifts B
Nutrition: 2400
Weight: 186.6

Knocked out StrongLifts B today.  Nothing extra, just the basic 3 moves.  Starting next workout, the added volume comes in, just didn't want to do it first time through after the rest week.  Started using Front Squats instead of Back Squats on B workout.  15reps x 45lbs for all 5 sets.
