Took a complete rest day today. It's been a couple weeks since a total day off and I just wanted to relax and go to work today.
1pm: Lemon Sole with broccoli. I wish I had my camera for this, it was pretty awesome.

5pm: On the way to work, I hit McDonalds - freaking hungry! 4 Grilled chicken patties, 3 McDoubles, no bun.

Such an easy day, nothing much to say about it. I did bake another cheesecake for my post workout feast monday! I can't wait!
