Happy to report that while walking on the treadmill tonight, I saw signs that my abs were coming back! After a junky week before these 9 days, it is going to be a while to get back to this:
But, I'll get there. Gotta keep it clean for about 45-60 days to see that again, but hopefully this time, bigger muscles. I'm sure I've added some mass, so I just want to keep that, or even add on a bit, while dropping the fat I gained while binging as well.
