Workout: Sunday Rest Day

Just a plain old rest day for me today. I'll be doing cardio tomorrow (Monday) because of hitting the gym with Joe Tuesday and Thursday this week.
In other news, I attempted whey protein pizza tonight, it was not great, but I learned a lot and next time (probably tomorrow) it will be AMAZING!
