I don't know what's going on with my weight there! I assume I'll drop a lot of it tomorrow, surely it's water weight, I've been dead on my nutrition for 8 days now. Really good workout today at the gym with Juan.
Front Squats: 5/5/5/5/5x50lbs
Shoulder Press 5/5/5/4/4x95lbs (Smith Machine)
Deads: 5x275 (personal best!)
Front Raise: 10/10/10x50lbs
Leg Extensions: 12/12/12x130lbs
Leg Curls: 10/10/10x125lbs
On another note, I'm getting closer and closer to my whey protein pizza!
