Day 17



Great workout!

PR's!
Squats +10lbs
Bench +1lbs (-1 rep)
Dips +3 reps
DB Press +.75lbs
Pull-Ups +1 rep

BOOM! - then I went and destroyed a Golden Coral buffet.  I just can't figure out a cheaper way to eat this much food.
