Workout: Deads
Better workout today.
Deads +5lbs (started doing only 1 drop set and an extra warm-up set to work on form.)
Chins +1.25lbs -3 over-all reps (I'll stay at the same weight next week.)
Rows - first time in ages. Actually did Pendalay Rows putting the bar down each time.
Curls +4 total reps.
